According to the established norms, the threshold scores were determined in 2025 as follows:
- main test - 110 points;
- subject tests - 60 points.
For some specialties and fields, the threshold scores for the main test vary:
- for pedagogical education - 130 points for grant places and 115 for contract places;
- in the field of healthcare - 120 points for grants and 110 for contracts;
- for agriculture and agricultural sciences - 100 points for both types of places.
Kozoev also noted that for admission to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy and the Military Institute of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, applicants must undergo additional medical examinations and qualifying tests.
Applicants are divided into several categories, as in previous years:
- graduates of schools in Bishkek;
- graduates of schools in regional centers and small towns;
- graduates of rural schools;
- graduates of educational institutions located in high-altitude areas.
When distributing grants, special quotas are provided, including places for orphans, ethnic Kyrgyz, people with disabilities, and other categories.
