The first step is to create a personal account on the website nomer.srs.kg. Registration opens access to the purchase of numbers, which are divided into two categories:
- without auction;
- auction.
- at least two participants are required;
- each participant must contribute 10% of the starting price of the number.
If these conditions are not met, the auction will not take place.The auction winner is required to pay the final cost within three days. After the payment process is completed, one must visit one of the "Unaa" branches to receive the number.
If the winner fails to make the payment in time, the opportunity to purchase goes to the next auction participant.
For those who did not win the auction, the amount contributed for participation is refunded within 3-4 weeks. To do this, it is necessary to visit the nearest government center office and submit an application.
In "Unaa," it was also noted that numbers containing profanity or abbreviations of government bodies, such as VOR, OPG, VOR, ZEK, MVD, ZLO, etc., are prohibited.
