During a working trip by the Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan, Damirbek Osmonov, to the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, it was discovered at the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital that some medications were not reflected in the Electronic Database of Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
Violations were recorded at the pharmacy point of LLC Neman-Pharm. During the inspection, the operation of the Electronic Database was checked, including its tracking module.
Based on the identified facts, specialists prepared the corresponding act.
The Minister noted that the mandatory requirements for the registration and digital traceability of pharmaceuticals apply to all participants in the pharmaceutical market, regardless of their ownership status.
He also emphasized that all medications in circulation within the country must be registered in the electronic tracking system. This is necessary to ensure transparency in the pharmaceutical sector, compliance with legislation, and the protection of patients' rights.
