This enterprise is focused on the production of construction bricks and gas blocks. The project plans to organize the production of fired bricks and aerated concrete blocks with a design capacity of up to 200,000 bricks per day. The total investment exceeds 10.5 million US dollars.
In accordance with the land lease agreement signed on August 4, 2025, the company will make voluntary contributions to the budget of the Intymak rural council of the Kara-Suu district after the factory begins operations. In the first year, it is planned to transfer 35 million soms, and in subsequent years — 5 million soms annually. These funds will be directed towards improving social infrastructure and supporting the local population.
The implementation of this project will not only create new jobs but also lead to an increase in tax revenues. Furthermore, the launch of the factory will contribute to the development of the construction sector in the region and accelerate investment activity in the Osh region.
