The enterprise LLC "Stilex" has successfully completed the launch of a modern line for the production of aluminum profiles and casting products. This was reported by representatives of the press service of the National Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan.
Ravshanbek Sabirov, the head of the agency, familiarized himself with the production capabilities of the plant, its infrastructure, and the implementation process of this investment project.
As part of the project, a production complex was created with a total area of 10,800 square meters, including casting and pressing workshops, a painting line, warehouses for both raw materials and finished products, a quality control laboratory, as well as an administrative and domestic building and logistics sites.
The production process of the plant covers the full cycle—from raw material preparation to the manufacture of finished aluminum profiles.
The capacities of the new plant allow for the production of 1,400 to 1,500 tons of aluminum casting and approximately 1,000 to 1,300 tons of aluminum products each year. The total investment in the first phase of the project amounted to about 15 million US dollars.
According to Ravshanbek Sabirov, the implementation of such projects contributes to the development of industry in the country, the creation of new jobs, and the formation of a modern industrial base in Kyrgyzstan.
In the future, the launch of the second phase of the project is planned, which includes an additional production line, allowing for an increase in production volumes, expansion of the product range, and enhancement of the plant's export potential.
