Today, February 7, Mayor of the city, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, inspected the territory of kindergarten No. 15 located on A. Masaliev Avenue.
During the inspection, it was revealed that this kindergarten was sold by the State Property Fund in 1995, and then in 2006, it was transferred to private hands of ex-deputy D. Sabirov by the mayor's office in violation of legislation.

Information about Davran Sabirov
Sabirov Davran Muratovich was born on September 25, 1949.
He began his career in 1971, working at Construction Management No. 2 (SMU-2) in the city of Osh, where he held various positions, including locksmith, plumber, and foreman. This institution was part of the production association "Kyrgyzgaz".
From 1979 to 1982, Sabirov served as secretary of the Osh city committee of the Komsomol and simultaneously worked as an engineer in the "Southern Production Bus Stations" association.
From 1982 to 1994, he held various managerial positions, including deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Osh city council and deputy general director of "Kyrgyzgaz".
From 1994 to 1997, Sabirov was the general director of the joint venture "Kyrgyzrosgazservice", and then became the head of the Osh city gas management.
Davran Sabirov was also a deputy of the XII convocation of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR and a deputy of the Assembly of People's Representatives of the I convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh.
From 2000 to 2005, he represented the Osh electoral district No. 34 in the Assembly of People's Representatives of the Jogorku Kenesh, serving as deputy chairman of the committee on international affairs.
