From January 1, 2026, unreasonable business inspections will be discontinued in Kyrgyzstan

The government is implementing a new model to support investors

According to Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Promotion Agency, as of January 1, 2026, the practice of unreasonable business inspections by law enforcement agencies will be discontinued in Kyrgyzstan.

Sabirov noted that the new model of interaction with investors is aimed at creating clear and protected rights, as well as investment guarantees. Within this model, an expanded selection of mechanisms for public-private partnerships and flexible tools for structuring deals will be offered.

“Investors must have access to clear processes, a transparent decision-making system, and effective support at all stages of the investment project implementation,” he added.

He also emphasized that the best global practices were studied in the development of the new model. Modern mechanisms based on the "single window" principle are actively being implemented in Kyrgyzstan, which should facilitate interaction between businesses and government structures.
