According to new rules that will come into effect on May 1, 2025, electric vehicles will be the only type of transport allowed to enter the park. All gasoline, diesel, and gas vehicles fall under the existing restrictions.
Some users note that hybrid vehicles can also be seen in the park from time to time. Owners of such vehicles claim that they have also been prohibited from entering the park.
In the comments to the post, there are suggestions that exceptions may be made for some visitors, which causes dissatisfaction among other guests.
Comment from the park administration
After the video appeared, the park administration provided clarifications. In an official statement, it was said that the entry of vehicles with internal combustion engines remains restricted, and the primary right of access is granted only to electric vehicles.According to the administration, the cars captured in the video were in the park under temporary permits issued for carrying out economic and infrastructure work, including the construction of new facilities. Construction materials, furniture, and other necessary goods are being brought into the park.
Moreover, temporary permits also apply to service vehicles that support the operation of facilities within the park, including cafes and retail outlets, as well as those used by employees of the National Academy of Sciences for official purposes.
The administration emphasized that such permits are temporary, and mass entry of vehicles with internal combustion engines into the park is unacceptable. After the current work is completed, the entry regime will fully comply with the established rules.
