During the meeting, the mayor expressed his dissatisfaction with the state of the market.
“Despite efforts to improve and beautify the area over the past year, the oversight from the responsible services has been insufficient. As a result, the situation has reverted to its previous state: street trading has resumed, and the appearance of the area has significantly deteriorated,” the press service noted.
At the end of the meeting, the following decisions were made:
- the dismissal of the head of the organizational and control department of the city hall, Kubandyk Akmatbekov;
- the dismissal of the akim of the October district, Zhanibek Orozaliyev;
- the resignation of the first deputy akim of the October district, Mayrambek Adylbekov.
In addition, due to insufficient oversight and poor performance of their duties, disciplinary measures were applied to the following individuals:
- warnings to the deputy mayors Azamat Kadyrov and Ramiz Aliyev;
- a reprimand to the head of the Municipal Enterprise “City Road and Transport Infrastructure,” Asylbek uulu Bakai, and the head of the municipal inspection, Mirlanbek Talaybekov.
It was also initiated to review the compliance of the head of the economics and finance department of the October district administration with their position.
