At the meeting of the municipal property commission held on February 11, Asanbekov spoke about the requests of local residents regarding the organization of parking on Isakeyeva Street, 18. According to him, the parking spaces were occupied by a car dealership selling Chinese cars, which created problems for local residents.

The deputy noted that there were 100 cars in this area, although the agreement stipulated that space should be allocated for only 53 vehicles. "What is the fee for the car dealership?" he asked the director of MP "GDTI," Bakai Asylbek uulu, who replied that the amount was 40,000 soms. The official suggested jointly checking the situation on-site.

Asanbekov expressed his dissatisfaction: "This is just mockery! I raised the issue on behalf of the residents, and instead of addressing it, you extended the agreement."

Asylbek uulu, in turn, stated that if the agreement was signed illegally, he was ready to annul it, but urged not to criticize the entire organization for "minor issues."

The deputy responded that this is not a minor issue, as it concerns public funds, and emphasized that while rental rates in markets are increasing, here the price was reduced from 40,000 to 25,000 soms.

Asanbekov also mentioned that he has a video showing an MP employee intimidating an elderly man who opposed allocating parking on Tokombaev Street to a tenant willing to pay 80,000 soms. According to the deputy, after this incident, the man suffered a heart attack and had a stent placed in his heart.

He asked, "Can you behave like a human?"

Asylbek uulu responded by noting, "If you want to quarrel, I have something to say too." The deputy suggested speaking openly and read a statement from MP employees, which reported pressure from management, intimidation, and instances of beatings.

He cited a case where one of the employees was taken to the hospital with injuries, and noted that doctors confirmed the beating, although the victim refused to file a complaint.

In response to the accusations, Asylbek uulu stated that "if the deputy's words are confirmed, he is ready to resign," and called for the establishment of a commission to investigate.

Kazybek Ergeshov, who was also present at the meeting, emphasized that instead of disputes, officials should address the stated problems.

The deputy added that land should not be used for commercial purposes, especially in light of the lack of parking in Bishkek, where out of 45 parking lots, 15 are allocated to car dealerships.

Asanbekov questioned the possible responsibility of the GDTI management in the event of confirmed instances of beatings, to which Asylbek uulu replied: "Let the management conduct an investigation together with law enforcement agencies."
