Following the directive of Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev, the building will be completely dismantled, and a new green zone is planned to be created in its place, which will provide comfortable conditions for residents' recreation.
According to available information, "Palvan-Saray" was built 30 years ago and belonged to relatives of former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Bayaman Erkinbaev. The city authorities have repeatedly approached the owners with requests for repairs and order, but these demands went unanswered.
Recently, the mayor of Osh also conducted an inspection of the park and emphasized the importance of transferring areas that are being used improperly into the city's balance.
In the future, a complete renovation of the Alisher Navoi Park is planned, and work on creating modern and comfortable conditions for residents will continue.
