It is worth noting that the fight against advertising inscriptions began ten years ago. In 2015, Erkingul Imankozhoeva, who was serving as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh at that time, expressed the opinion that it had become a tradition to use mountain slopes for advertising.
“Guests laugh at us. This is not observed in other countries. I propose that the government pass a law and prohibit inscriptions on mountains,” she said.
