Train Crash in Spain: No Kyrgyzstan Nationals Among the Injured

In Spain, near the settlement of Adamus, a tragedy occurred on January 18 — a collision of two passenger trains. As a result of this accident, according to the latest data, at least 39 people have died, and more than 120 have been injured.

According to information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, there are currently no Kyrgyz nationals among the deceased or injured. Additionally, no requests for assistance have been received from citizens of Kyrgyzstan at the embassy located in France.

The Ministry and the embassy continue to maintain contact with the Spanish authorities and are closely monitoring the situation's development.
