“The first bridge cost 32-34 million soms”
More than 20 underground crossings are planned to be built in Bishkek, as reported by the city's mayor Aibek Junushaliev in an interview with "Kabar".
He noted that the crossings are currently under construction as part of an experiment. An assessment of the complexity, volume, and cost of the work is being conducted to form budgets for the future.
“On Aitmatov Avenue, we are building four crossings. At the moment, we are determining the project cost. The first bridge cost approximately 32-34 million soms. After the final approval of the work costs, we will proceed to the construction of the remaining crossings,” the mayor added.
