According to information provided by the city administration, the owners of the structures on this plot have started voluntary dismantling.
The return of this land asset became possible due to an inspection that revealed serious violations of legislation. It was established that the plot had been transferred into private hands in violation of a presidential decree issued in 1995, which prohibits the sale of social infrastructure facilities.
As a result of the inspection, the State Committee for National Security confiscated the land from private individuals and returned it to the municipal balance of the southern capital.
The city administration emphasizes that the return of this plot is part of a comprehensive effort to restore the city's rights to illegally privatized lands and social facilities. Authorities plan to continue similar actions in the future.
