
A virtual conference on experience exchange was held at the ministry
The online meeting, organized by the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan, brought together Kyrgyz doctors working in various countries, including Germany, the USA, the UK, Russia, and Middle Eastern states. The event was led by Deputy Ministers Bakytbek Kadyraliev and Temirbek Erkinov, as reported by the ministry's press service.
The main goal of this meeting was to exchange professional experiences, discuss global medical practices, prepare personnel, and digitalize healthcare, as well as to explore the possibility of involving compatriots working abroad in the development of Kyrgyzstan's healthcare system.
Specialists shared their experiences working in leading global clinics and made several proposals for improving domestic healthcare. Among the issues discussed were the implementation of modern technologies, including bronchoscopy and NGS diagnostics, digital solutions, as well as advancements in oncology, pulmonology, transplantology, and anesthesiology. Topics such as hemodialysis, mobile clinics, simplifying licensing, and training doctors were also considered.
Numerous proposals were related to staffing issues. Participants expressed their readiness to train Kyrgyz specialists, organize internships, conduct lectures, and share expert knowledge. Additionally, conditions for the return of doctors to Kyrgyzstan and their participation in professional projects were discussed.
