Scholarship "El Ümütü". Graduates Ready to Contribute to the Development of the Country

Graduates of the international presidential scholarship "El Ümütü" expressed their readiness to actively participate in the development of Kyrgyzstan. This was announced at a meeting with Gulzat Isamatova, the Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations.

According to the information from the ministry, the meeting took place in an open dialogue format, dedicated to discussing important issues regarding the further development of the presidential scholarship program and exchanging opinions. During the conversation, mechanisms for supporting talented youth, the role of graduates in enhancing the country's human resources potential, and their participation in social initiatives were discussed.

Graduates shared their impressions of the learning process and professional activities, proposing ideas for improving education, science, and innovations. In particular, issues of expanding cooperation with government institutions, strengthening support for youth initiatives, and creating a sustainable platform for exchanging ideas were discussed.

Additionally, the participants expressed gratitude to President Sadyr Japarov for his support in creating and successfully implementing the "El Ümütü" scholarship. As the graduates noted, this program opens new horizons for youth and plays a key role in preparing qualified personnel for the country.

Gulzat Isamatova emphasized the importance of the active position of graduates and their constructive proposals for enhancing the program's effectiveness. She also assured that all proposed initiatives would be carefully considered. Both sides confirmed their readiness for ongoing cooperation and joint implementation of initiatives in the interests of the state.

The meeting was held in a hybrid format, allowing Kyrgyz students studying abroad to also participate in the discussion.

As a result of the event, the parties confirmed their intention to maintain regular interaction and promote initiatives aimed at the development of the republic.

Graduates of the international presidential scholarship "El Ümütü" are currently successfully working in various fields, including public administration, healthcare, the financial sector, and business. For example, Islam Ayazbaev and Valeria Stashevskaya work at the National Bank, Zhibek Kydyrova is engaged in law, Nurshat Ababakirov represents the UN in Kyrgyzstan, Asel Abdurakhmanova works in the healthcare system, and Aysuluu Kozhokulova leads the preparation for the visit of the TechWomen program delegation as a technology expert.

These examples confirm the effectiveness of the program and its contribution to the development of the country's human capital, according to MNVOI.

The "El Ümütü" scholarship aims to support talented youth, create opportunities for their academic and professional growth, and strengthen the human resources potential of the Kyrgyz Republic. The program provides a chance to receive world-class education and contributes to the preparation of specialists capable of making a significant contribution to the country's development.

It was previously reported that over the three years of the project, about 40 scholars have been funded.
