The Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy, Mirbek Mambetaliev, reported that all texts submitted for the competition were anonymized, which eliminated the possibility of identifying the authors for the jury members who were involved in selecting the texts and music.
It was previously announced that from June 16 to July 17, 2025, the competition received 132 applications from 79 participants, submitted both in written form and via email. On July 25, the commission selected the five most suitable options, three of which were presented for consideration by the Jogorku Kenesh.
