According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, during the conversation, Battsetseg expressed gratitude to Artykbaev for his significant contribution to the development of relations between the two countries. She noted that as the first ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Mongolia, he played an important role in strengthening bilateral cooperation and elevating interstate relations to the level of "comprehensive partnership."
In recognition of his merits, the minister presented Aibek Artykbaev with the honorary award "Altyn Gerege" and wished him success in his future endeavors.
Aibek Artykbaev, for his part, thanked the government of Mongolia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the people of Mongolia for their support and warm attitude during his tenure.
It is worth noting that diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan were established on April 22, 1992. Starting in 2025, the countries plan to develop cooperation within the framework of the "comprehensive partnership" format.
