At a joint meeting of the parliamentary groups "Eldik" and "Ala-Too," deputy Ulan Primov stated that Kyrgyzstan should appeal to the EAEU court due to the deteriorating situation of migrants from the country who are in Russia.

According to him, the requirements for migrants in Russia are becoming increasingly strict.

“Families of migrants are banned from entering the country, and children are restricted from attending schools. We remember the conditions that were stipulated upon joining the EAEU, but now they are not being properly fulfilled. Filing a lawsuit in the EAEU court is the right step, as the agreements are not being implemented. We must once again appeal to the court regarding the protection of migrants' rights,” the deputy noted.

It was previously reported that Kyrgyzstan filed a lawsuit in the EAEU court due to Russia's failure to comply with the agreement concerning the issuance of mandatory health insurance policies.

Sergey Leonov, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Health, commented on this situation, stating that citizens of Kyrgyzstan can obtain additional health insurance policies in Russia.
