Kamila Talieva: You cannot stab someone in the back

Today, a heated discussion took place in the Jogorku Kenesh. In light of the recent resignation of speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, deputy Kamila Talieva made a sharp statement that touched on both parliamentary affairs and relationships at the highest levels of power.

Talieva noted that in recent days she has received numerous calls from voters who are concerned about current events. According to her, the political situation is changing too rapidly, creating tension in society.

The deputy accused gossipmongers of sowing discord between President Sadyr Japarov and Kamchybek Tashiev. In her opinion, some people are unhappy that these two allies have done much for the country.

She also harshly criticized one of the deputy prime ministers, who, according to her, "runs around and creates division" instead of engaging in real work. Talieva emphasized that the recent statements of this official have practically devalued the achievements of Kamchybek Tashiev.

Although the name of the deputy prime minister was not mentioned, many deputies associate Talieva's words with Edil Baisalov, who made a post regarding Tashiev's resignation the day before, which sparked active discussion in political circles and social media.

Talieva urged the deputy prime minister to first prove his loyalty to serving the people, as Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich did, adding that some officials behave "like bloggers."

Discussing Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu's departure from the speaker's post, the deputy noted that the parliament should not be a stage for behind-the-scenes intrigues. According to her, Turgunbek uulu did not divide the deputies, but in recent days some "ran back and forth," which led to his resignation.

She stated: "You cannot stab someone in the back."

Talieva expressed disappointment that her colleagues did not take active measures. She noted that during the discussions, only Umbetaly Kadyraliev spoke, while the others preferred to remain silent.

The deputy proposed that the parliament address the president with a collective letter regarding the situation with Kamchybek Tashiev's resignation, emphasizing that it is necessary to stop what is happening to avoid further conflict.

"People are calling and worrying, as if they have lost a father," Talieva added.

In conclusion, she emphasized that the Jogorku Kenesh should not just be a place for voting, but a real political platform. According to her, the parliament should be filled with people capable of resisting pressure, not those who come only for peace and a salary.
