Today, March 17, a capsule was laid for the new kindergarten "Үмүт чырагы," intended for children with disabilities, in Bishkek. This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.

In his speech, Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized the significance of this project for the development of preschool education in the country and highlighted that the authorities are actively working in this direction.

According to information from the Cabinet of Ministers, in 2024, the coverage of children in preschool education will be 28.3%, and by 2025, this figure will increase to 51%. Currently, there are 2,344 kindergartens operating in the country, attended by more than 320,000 children. By 2030, it is planned to increase the level of preschool education coverage to 80%.

The construction of the "Үмүт чырагы" kindergarten is made possible through the sponsorship of the company "Artvin Development." It will be a modern two-story kindergarten with 250 places and a total area of 3,467 square meters. It will include classrooms, a gym, a speech therapy room, and a contact zoo, creating optimal conditions for the comprehensive development of children.
