According to the presented data, the budget of the Social Fund for the current year will look as follows:
- revenues — 137 billion 691.5 million soms;
- expenditures — 137 billion 303.4 million soms;
- surplus — 388.1 million soms.
The parameters of the budget for the planned years 2027-2028 will be outlined in the appendix to this draft law.
The draft also provides for:
- the formation of the revenue part of the fund based on the sources specified in Appendix 2;
- ensuring financing for all expenditures of the Social Fund for 2026 within the established limits;
- transfers from the republican budget for pension payments amounting to 46 billion 670.3 million soms.
Additionally, it is specified:
- financing of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund will amount to 6 billion 503.4 million soms;
- financing of the Workers' Health Improvement Fund — 1 billion 9.1 million soms;
- approval of the budget of the State Accumulation Pension Fund for 2026.
This law will come into effect on January 1.
