In Bishkek, a woman reported death threats from her ex-husband

J. K. N., born in 1995, applied to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin District requesting protection from her ex-husband. In her statement, she claims that the man inflicted bodily harm on her, used obscene language, and threatened her. This incident was registered in the automated information system of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin District.

Currently, forensic medical examinations have been appointed, the results of which will determine the legal status and an appropriate decision will be made in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Additionally, based on the threats and insults, a protocol for an administrative offense has been issued against M. U. M., also born in 1995, in accordance with Article 70 "Domestic Violence" of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The man has been placed in a temporary detention cell of the management.
