According to the collected evidence, the actions of the suspect are classified under the law as torture. The investigation by the Sverdlovsk District Police Department has initiated a criminal case under Article 138, Part 3 "Torture" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Officers of the department delivered the 46-year-old man, born in 1977, to the investigative service, where he was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
Currently, all necessary investigative actions and procedural measures are being conducted in the case.
