This information was announced by Kanbu Kalysheva, a sanitary doctor of the communal direction at the disease prevention and sanitary-epidemiological surveillance center of the city of Osh and Osh region.
According to Kalysheva, there are 12 institutions in Osh that offer aesthetic procedures related to skin rejuvenation and restoration. Additionally, 5 centers provide injection services, and only 4 of them have the necessary license. It is important to note that a license is not required for establishments engaged in aesthetic services.
“Throughout 2025, no complaints from citizens regarding cosmetology services have been recorded. In centers providing injection procedures, explanatory work is conducted twice a year, while for establishments offering aesthetic services, it is conducted once a year. Raids are also carried out. Many of those who offer aesthetic services often change addresses. In contrast, licensed institutions for injection services operate steadily at one location,” Kalysheva noted.
According to the results of inspections in 2025, 3 cosmetology centers were fined for non-compliance with sanitary norms, with a total amount of 21,000 soms.
