Eight mobile groups from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Internal Affairs Department and more than twenty employees are participating in the operation. Inspections and checks are ongoing throughout the city; in the first few days, over 1,000 vehicles have been checked, and more than 200 citizens have been held administratively liable.
The Main Internal Affairs Department of the city urges the population to strictly comply with the legislation and report to law enforcement agencies any cases of illegal circulation of weapons, ammunition, and explosives. Efforts to maintain order are ongoing.
