According to the data, employees of the Nooken District Internal Affairs Department conducted checks on the storage conditions and the presence of necessary permits among owners of registered firearms as part of the "Arsenal" raid.
“As a result of the inspection, protocols were drawn up against four citizens under Article 134 of the KR Code on Offenses for non-compliance with weapon storage rules, which resulted in a fine of 12,000 soms. One of the citizens voluntarily handed over firearms that were being stored illegally to the police. Also, during the operation, a local resident, T.Sh., was detained for using a 16-caliber firearm for hunting without the necessary permits. This individual was transferred to the investigative authorities,” the press service reports.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
