According to information provided by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), A.K.Sh. was caught red-handed while receiving a bribe of one million soms.
During the investigation, it was established that some employees of the public procurement department systematically extorted 10% of the tender amount, creating artificial obstacles and delaying the process of transferring money for completed work, the GKNB reported.
Currently, measures are being taken to assess the actions of municipal officials from a legal standpoint, as well as to identify other individuals involved in this case.
