She was born in 1990 in the village of Otuz-Uul, located in the Issyk-Kul region, and currently lives in the village of Tosor in the Jeti-Oguz district, where she moved after getting married.
Asel graduated from the Issyk-Kul State University, obtaining a higher education in the philological faculty. She is currently completing her master's degree in the pedagogical faculty of the same institution and works as a teacher.
Choosing the profession of a teacher was an important step for her, as she was glad to study on a budget basis, not burdening her parents. Over time, she realized that working with children brings her joy and satisfaction, and now she is proud of her choice.
Asel has 9 years of work experience. In her practice, she applies Singaporean teaching methods that meet the needs of the modern alpha generation and organizes classes based on the 5E model.
Asel has a genuine love for her students and always treats them with warmth. She recalled one incident when one of her students complained of a stomach ache and asked to sit on her lap, after which she stayed close for almost the entire lesson.
In 2024, she was awarded the title of "Teacher of the Year" at the district level. She has also developed an author’s program and runs a blog dedicated to the advantages of 12-year education, as well as providing support to her colleagues.
In addition to her work, Asel has been passionate about traditional women's handicrafts and sewing for many years. Although she did not engage in this in her childhood, after getting married, her mother-in-law taught her the basics, and since then her interest has only grown.
She sews various products from scraps and especially values the opportunity to give new life to old, unused items. Asel is also fond of growing a variety of flowers.
Currently, Asel is a mother of three children and is expecting the birth of her fourth. Her goal for the future is to become an outstanding educator at the republican level," she shared her plans.
