Creating a stable and transparent legal environment plays a key role in ensuring confidence for both citizens and investors, which promotes their business initiatives.

On Wednesday in Hanoi, a meeting took place between the Chairman of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam, Nguyen Van Quang, and Ganzorig Damdin, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, who arrived on an official visit.

Quang noted that the relations between Vietnam and Mongolia are at a high level, emphasizing the importance of judicial cooperation as a foundation for strengthening mutual understanding and developing bilateral ties.

He expressed appreciation for the active cooperation between the judicial institutions of both countries in recent years, assuring that the results of meetings and visits will only contribute to further deepening relations.

Discussing reforms in Vietnam's judicial system, Quang mentioned the successful holding of the 14th Party Congress, where the priority of creating a legal judicial system was confirmed. In this context, the courts play a crucial role in ensuring justice and national development.

He also noted that the work of the courts contributes to the formation of a stable legal environment, which, in turn, strengthens the confidence of citizens and investors in conducting business.

Ganzorig Damdin, for his part, emphasized that his visit aims to implement the points of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the supreme courts of the two countries.

According to him, this trip serves as confirmation of both sides' commitment to developing judicial cooperation as an important aspect of bilateral relations.

During the discussions, the parties identified key areas for further cooperation, such as the exchange of information and experience at all levels, maintaining interaction formats both in-person and online, as well as the effective implementation of signed agreements.

Among the priority areas were the exchange of experiences of specialized courts operating in the fields of intellectual property and bankruptcy, as well as the development of mechanisms for handling cases in free trade zones. Issues related to the establishment of electronic courts and digital management systems, as well as improving mechanisms for the recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions, were also discussed.

As a result of the negotiations, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Vietnam Judicial Academy and the Academy of Judicial Training, Research, and Information of the Supreme Court of Mongolia.
