Two children became victims of an alleged carbon monoxide poisoning at a kindergarten in Jerusalem. According to The Jerusalem Post, about 55 other children were also affected.

Fire and rescue services found no hazardous substances at the scene of the incident; however, the investigation is considering the possibility of poisoning caused by a heating device.

More than 25 children were urgently transported to the "Shaare Zedek" medical center for necessary assistance. Medical teams are actively working with the victims, and social workers are supporting the families of the children, as clarified by the hospital.

According to information provided by the Israeli Ministry of Education and published in The Jerusalem Post, this kindergarten was private, located in an apartment in the Romema neighborhood, and operated without the appropriate license.
