In response, Vice Mayor Azamat Kadyrov stated that in 2024, the healthcare structure will be separated from the mayor's office, and all financial resources will be transferred to the Ministry of Health.
“This cannot serve as an excuse, as the population continues to live in the city. The boundaries of the city have significantly expanded, and the population has increased. This structural unit is extremely important for ensuring access to primary medical care,” Kuznetsova emphasized.
Azamat Kadyrov added that the decision regarding the construction of the substation will be funded by the republican budget.
