The buildings surrounding the Bazar-Korgon Territorial Hospital have once again become state property.

According to information from the State National Security Committee (GKNB), these facilities were used for commercial purposes, including medical centers, pharmacies, and fast food establishments.

The State National Security Committee noted that in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 37 dated February 16, 1995, social infrastructure facilities cannot be transferred into private hands. Furthermore, under Article 44 of the Land Code, buildings and structures are inextricably linked to the rights to the land plots assigned to them.

The GKNB also reported that during the illegal alienation and use of the facilities under long-term leases, rental payments were significantly undervalued, leading to substantial financial losses for the state. After the return of the property, the lease conditions were revised, and the amount of rental payments was doubled, which contributed to an increase in budget revenues.

As a result of investigative and operational activities, all buildings and land plots were returned to state ownership.

On January 22, the GKNB reported that during operational-search activities, facts of illegal alienation of facilities located on the territories of medical institutions in the Jalal-Abad region were uncovered.

Among the identified properties are 32 administrative buildings and 5 land plots that were registered as private property or granted for long-term lease. These properties are located on the territory of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital (in the city of Manas), the Bazar-Korgon Territorial Hospital, and the Kochkor-Ata Hospital.
