State financial losses turned out to be significant
As a result of the illegal sale of 32 buildings and 5 plots of land that belonged to the Ministry of Health, the state suffered serious financial damage. This was reported by representatives of the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
During the investigation, law enforcement agencies uncovered facts of unlawful privatization and sale. Violations were recorded in such settlements as Manas, Bazar-Korgon, and Kochkor-Ata.
According to the investigation, these administrative buildings and land plots were used for commercial purposes. Private clinics, pharmacies, retail outlets, and catering establishments operated in these premises, which contributed to significant damage to the state.
The committee noted that according to presidential decree No. 37 dated February 16, 1995, social infrastructure facilities are not subject to privatization. Furthermore, in accordance with Article No. 44 of the Land Code, buildings and structures cannot be separated from the right to the land plot on which they are located.
In this regard, all buildings and land plots were returned to the state.
