The presentation of the model took place as part of the "Government Accelerators" program.
At the World Government Summit in Dubai, the first side event dedicated to the economic growth model of Kyrgyzstan called "Snow Leopard": government accelerators, institutions, and investments was held.
During the event, participants were shown a short video demonstrating the experience of implementing the Emirati program "Government Accelerators" in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Among the participants were the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev, the UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Mohammed Al-Mazrouei, as well as representatives from various Emirati and international organizations and businesses.
Kasymaliev noted that the economic growth model is based on three key areas: government accelerators, strong institutions, and investments. He emphasized that the government accelerators program has made significant changes in the management of state affairs. As part of this initiative, the government of Kyrgyzstan has begun to implement targeted 100-day reforms aimed at addressing pressing issues. During the program's operation, 17 reforms have been successfully carried out, significantly simplifying processes in areas such as construction, preschool education, healthcare, land legislation, international transportation, transport, and logistics. These changes have eliminated excessive bureaucracy and reduced the time for consideration and decision-making.
He added: "It is important to note that the results of the reforms have received a positive response from our population."
