At the event, participants were shown a video about the implementation of the Emirati program "Government Accelerators" in Kyrgyzstan.
"Today, for the first time at the World Government Summit, we are talking about our economic growth model. It is important for us to share the successes of Kyrgyzstan and the concept of 'Snow Leopard,'" noted Adylbek Kasymaliev.
He emphasized that the foundation of the economic growth model includes three key areas: government accelerators, effective institutions, and investments. This initiative has brought significant changes to the public administration system. With the help of the program, Kyrgyzstan is implementing 100-day reforms aimed at addressing pressing issues. During the program's operation, 17 reforms have been successfully implemented.
"Over the past four years, the average growth rate of Kyrgyzstan's economy has been 9-10%. According to the International Monetary Fund, by 2025, the country will be among the top three in the world in terms of real GDP growth rates. The budget has tripled, and GDP has increased by more than 2.5 times. We have proven that even with limited resources, a country can develop quickly and effectively. I am confident that the 'Snow Leopard' model can be beneficial for many countries with developing economies," he added.
