At the "B5+1" forum, the First Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Daniyar Amangeldiev, emphasized that the format of this event serves as a practical platform for interaction with the United States in the areas of standards, independent auditing, compliance, and international regulation.
According to Amangeldiev, the project opens up opportunities for dialogue and testing initiatives with American regulators and technology partners.
He noted that the Kyrgyz Republic considers the development of correspondent relationships with U.S. banks a key aspect for ensuring a sustainable dollar infrastructure and transactions through the SWIFT system in Central Asia.
Amangeldiev stressed that this issue had been raised before, but now Kyrgyzstan is focused on renewing cooperation based on clear rules, full transparency, and compliance with the requirements of the U.S. compliance financial system.
Additionally, he pointed out the favorable conditions created in the country for attracting highly qualified IT specialists from abroad.
“In particular, the successful implementation of the 'digital nomad' status for U.S. citizens, as well as the development of the Creative Industries Park and the High Technology Park, significantly increases Kyrgyzstan's investment attractiveness for IT companies and innovative startups,” he added.
