According to Aseinov, in 2025, the city budget was supplemented by 25 million 181 thousand soms thanks to the parking lots, while parking spaces contributed 27 million 251 thousand soms.
“The total income from all parking lots and spaces, including guest and rotary ones, amounted to 82 million 868 thousand soms. The cost of parking for one parking space is 25 soms,” he added.
Deputy Kazybek Ergeshov noted that the tariff at large markets is 50 soms.
Aseinov clarified that the official price is set at 25 soms.
“Nevertheless, we face situations where more is charged. We regularly conduct inspections and draw up reports. To address this issue, we are implementing digitalization and launching QR codes at municipal parking lots to minimize the human factor. Such solutions have already been implemented on five streets — Turoosbekov, Bezymyannaya, Orozbekov, Ibraimov, and Togolok Moldos. We also plan to install the system on Shopokov Street this year,” he said.
Kazybek Ergeshov emphasized that Shopokov Street generates the highest income.
