This territory will become a platform for an international financial center that will concentrate global financial resources, as well as fintech and IT innovations. Additionally, a modern logistics hub will be created here, capable of uniting international trade and cargo flows.
It is reported that from 2023 to 2035, the phased construction of modern office buildings, residential complexes, and tourist facilities with a total area of over 470,000 square meters is planned. The territory will be divided into three zones: business, logistics (which will be adjacent to the airport), and recreational.
To protect business interests, the establishment of an independent international center for dispute resolution is proposed, which will operate based on English law.
Residents of the new territory will receive tax benefits for up to 49 years. Free movement of capital, a flexible currency regime, and the possibility of 100% foreign investor participation in business are also provided.
On an area of more than 100 hectares, the creation of developed infrastructure is also planned, which will be capable of attracting up to 90,000 tourists annually by 2035.
