Former MP Claims Position on the Board of Directors of the State Development Bank

The candidacy of Tariel Zhorobekov, a former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, was proposed for inclusion in the board of directors of the State Development Bank. This occurred on March 16 at a meeting of the committee on finance, budget, entrepreneurship, and competition development, where he was introduced by deputy of the "Yntymak - Mekenchil" group, Aibek Altynbekov.

Dastan Jumabekov, the leader of the "El Umutu - Ata-Zhurt" group, emphasized that Zhorobekov is known as a former member of parliament, and therefore proposed to approve his candidacy without further discussion.

We remind you that Tariel Zhorobekov was born on May 9, 1964, in the village of Tash-Aryk, located in the Talas district of the Talas region. In 1987, he graduated from the K. Skryabin Agricultural Institute, receiving a veterinary diploma. From 1996 to 2008, he worked as a veterinarian, after which he headed the Dolon village council in the Talas district for ten years. In 2018, Zhorobekov was elected as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the VI convocation from the "Republic - Ata-Zhurt" party, becoming a member of the committee on finance and budget.
