There are no rolling blackouts in Kyrgyzstan - Ministry of Energy
On January 22, during a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Minister of Energy Altynbek Rysbekov reported that there is currently no practice of rolling blackouts in Kyrgyzstan. In response to a query from Deputy Mahabat Mavlyanova regarding frequent power supply issues in the Nookat district, he noted that there are no scheduled outages in the country. According to him, temporary outages are not a result of intentional limitations on electricity supply.
