These remarks were made by the minister on February 18 at a meeting of the Interagency Commission for Monitoring the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Further Implementation of Reforms Aimed at Increasing the Efficiency and Debureaucratization of the State Administration System of the Kyrgyz Republic," held at the President's Administration "Yntymak Ordo."
“Nothing has been done over the past year. All deadlines in this direction have expired due to bureaucracy,” emphasized Bayetov.
In response, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev remarked to the Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations Gulzat Isamatova. “But this will be the last time,” he added.
Kasymaliev also noted that previously all proposals from the Ministry of Science had been supported.
