In the village of Sadovoe, located in the Moscow district of the Chuy region, a grand opening of a new youth center named "Ak-Ilbirs" took place on March 26.

This center was established as part of the administrative-territorial reform, during which three rural districts—Alexandrovka, Sadovoe, and Sretенка—were merged into a new administrative unit called the Min-Bulak rural council, which includes seven villages. The village of Sadovoe became the administrative center of this union, where the new social facility is located.

The "Ak-Ilbirs" center opened based on the local culture house. The opening ceremony was attended by the akim of the Moscow district, Niyazbek Kozyuev, the head of the Min-Bulak rural council, Denizbek Raimkulov, representatives of the Japanese embassy in Kyrgyzstan, as well as local residents and youth activists.

Participants of the event were able to explore thematic exhibitions and enjoy performances by young talents from the district. Speaking at the opening, the district and rural council leaders emphasized the significance of this project as the first initiative of its kind in the region. "The youth center is not just a place for learning foreign languages. It creates opportunities for the comprehensive development of youth, the realization of their ideas and talents," noted Denizbek Raimkulov.

After the official part of the event, a presentation of the new center's capabilities took place, where young people could discuss their ideas and plans.

Students enthusiastically welcomed the opening of the center. Dominika Nain, an 11th-grade student at the Oktyabrskaya secondary school named after Krupskaya, expressed her admiration for the exhibition organized at the center.

Rayana Karypbaeva, a 10th-grade student at the B.G. Bazhanov general education school, noted the significant advantages of the project. According to her, the center has created excellent conditions for preparation for the National Testing (ORT) and in-depth language studies.
