Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Burun Amanova initiated a discussion on the problem of the lack of educational places in the Kadamjai district, suggesting the use of unfinished buildings for social needs.

Amanova pointed out the presence of a significant unfinished building in Kadamjai on an 18-hectare land plot in the Kaiser Abad area, as well as another incomplete facility at the entrance to the village of Pulgen. The deputy called for the completion of these buildings with the aim of transferring them for school needs to address the problem of overcrowding in educational institutions.

The deputy also noted that at the Masaliev school, one class has 45–48 students, which creates significant difficulties. She suggested considering the possibility of relocating district services to Kaiser Abad, and transferring the vacated district administration building to the Masaliev school.

Additionally, Amanova observed that there are also large vacant buildings in the village of Kytpas. According to her, local residents often request repairs for such facilities and their use for the establishment of social institutions.

The deputy also raised the issue of the lack of places in the new Sattarov school in Kök-Talaa, noting numerous appeals from parents requesting the expansion of the educational institution.

In conclusion, Amanova drew attention to parents' complaints regarding the sale of various imported toys, sweets, and unknown substances near schools and kindergartens. She proposed strengthening control and conducting inspections through sanitary services to determine how these goods enter Kyrgyzstan and on what grounds they are sold to children.
