Kokulov also raised the issue regarding the situation at the "Aurora" sanatorium, where he previously identified violations of sanitary norms in the food block and storage areas. He noted that the responses from the responsible parties contained false information, misleading both the deputies and the president, as well as the public.
“The president is indeed doing a lot for the country, but only a few people around him are working effectively. The rest come to work, laugh at our situation, and do not fulfill their duties. For instance, Nariman Tyuleyev promised to build two-story buildings in the city center, but in reality, he constructed three stories. He was stopped by Kamchybek Tashiev. Why are the other responsible agencies not participating in resolving such issues? What are they getting paid for if they do not perform their functions?” the parliamentarian questioned.
Kokulov also emphasized that government officials should act not only for the approval of the president but also for the benefit of the people.
Furthermore, he noted that many schools currently under construction are quickly falling into disrepair due to a lack of oversight from the responsible organizations.
