Tyuleyev emphasized that the project is still in the implementation stage and has not yet been completed. The former mayor of the capital urged citizens not to rush to conclusions and to be patient.
“Just as a child develops in the womb for nine months, so does our project. We plan to finish it in April or May, after which we will provide a report on the results. Dear citizens, I also love my city very much and strive for Old Bishkek to become a true treasure of the capital,” he wrote on his social media.
