“Dear compatriots!
Esteemed citizens of Kyrgyzstan!
As we bid farewell to the outgoing year, we complete another quarter-century phase and step onto the threshold of the new year 2026.
The year 2025 will be remembered as the time when the borders of our sovereign state were finally defined, and the main stages of their demarcation were completed.
The resolution of border issues is a reliable foundation for the security and independence of our country, as well as an important factor for its sustainable development!
As our people's wisdom says, “good deeds go hand in hand, and luck follows them” — there is no doubt about it.
If earlier we dreamed of attracting investors, today we are already in a position to choose those who offer us the most favorable conditions.
The interest of major international investors in large-scale projects such as the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway, the Kambar-Ata-1 hydropower plant, and the Ala-Too Resort tourist complex confirms this.
The outgoing year has been a period of further strengthening Kyrgyzstan's international authority.
We successfully held a number of significant international events, including a meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, and established cooperation with several states with which we previously had no diplomatic relations.
The calm, open, and fair conduct of early elections for the members of the Jogorku Kenesh has become an important political achievement, demonstrating stability in the country.
Dear citizens of Kyrgyzstan!
Thanks to the coordinated work of all state structures and the rational use of budgetary funds, Kyrgyzstan has entered the top three countries in the world in terms of GDP growth rates.
Against the backdrop of the growing role of cryptocurrencies in the global economy, on December 24, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges, Binance, listed the national stablecoin KGS-T, which is pegged to the Kyrgyz som at a one-to-one ratio.
This confirms the high level of legal, institutional, and regulatory development in the field of virtual assets in our country.
Overall, the results achieved demonstrate that Kyrgyzstan is confidently moving along the path of sustainable development.
The state will continue to actively work on creating and improving modern mechanisms for economic growth, implementing innovations, and forming conditions for long-term development that align with the interests of citizens and businesses.
