In Bishkek, issues related to illegally constructed residential buildings are being discussed in the context of the amnesty law. This statement was made by the deputy mayor of the capital, Azamat Kadyrov, at a meeting of the "Mekenchil" deputy group.

Deputy Erkeaiym Seytkazieva noted that there are still houses that have not undergone legalization under the amnesty. Some of them are located in protected zones defined in the old master plan. In this regard, she raised a question about possible changes to the protected zones in the new master plan and how the fate of such properties, which lack legal documents, will be resolved.

Azamat Kadyrov clarified that these properties are under review in accordance with the amnesty law. He added that the land plots on which such houses are located are classified as undefined zones. "As you know, a special commission was established by the president's decree. Issues concerning these properties are regulated not by the master plan, but specifically by the amnesty law," he explained.
