"Specialists involved in the architectural, engineering, and structural parts receive their shares. If the entire project is valued at 500,000 soms, then this amount is distributed among the workers, resulting in 100,000 to 200,000 soms for each," - the official clarified.

Perhaps it is good that Gosstroy attracts professionals who can carry out projects, allowing orders from the state at $7-9 instead of $15-20. I believe this is a positive aspect.
